• Height of the building needs to be of 150 meter or more in height, it can however vary from county to county and the geographical location of the structure inside the county.
• The Light needs to be of the colour red, since it is highly easy to detect and cannot be missed for regular lasers and beams. The red light also helps the Pilots detect faster as other colours are easier on the eyes.
• All lights must display the structure of the building as well as be visible from all angles so that there is no mistake in the size and length of the building and the pilot can avoid it if there is a need.
